We promote innovation and entrepreneurship amongst the youth and recognize problems and areas in which Zambia needs uplifting. The Foundation brings together all well-meaning youths who are bright and have a passion towards improving a certain sector of livelihood.

Youth poverty and unemployment is a huge challenge for many countries either developed or developing. For a developing country like Zambia, researches show that if unemployment problem is left unattended to, next 10 years will have a double if not triple numbers of unemployed youths. The only way we can be ready for this calamity as a country is to utilize the readily available capital which is human resource and promote intellectual freedom and youth empowerment with is sustainable. The issue of unemployment has a reverse effect on the number of social misfits in society. Therefore it is the duty of non-governmental organization with the other stakeholders to help supplement government’s efforts towards fighting youth poverty, crime and unemployment.
